4 days office based, 1 day from home - needs flexibility. 12 month maternity cover starting in November 2025.

This world renowned PR and Communications agency are seeking an exceptionally well organised EA to support their super busy Chairman on a 12 month maternity cover contract. You will be responsible for coordinating their calendar, arranging meetings, preparing reports, dealing with confidential information as well as being the right hand support and acting as their representative. You will be an integral part of the office team and act as the go to person for various teams across the business.

This is a fast paced role that will require someone to have excellent communication skills as well as being able to juggle several conflicting priorities at any time. Based in beautiful offices in Central London, this role is primarily office based however there is flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. This would suit an EA who has gained experience within the advertising/PR/communications/fashion/media or creative sector and supporting a HNWI or well known individual such as a news editor or an MP - someone who is used to working at pace!

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IN NOVEMBER 2025 AND THIS IS A 12 MONTH MATERNITY COVER.

The role in a nutshell:

  • Provide full EA support to the CEO.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.
  • Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner with attention to detail, high volume calendar management, preparing and tracking expense reports, meeting organisation.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel - liaising with the Private EA.
  • Coordinate all presentations, and prepare reports/proposals.
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with key stakeholders.
  • Can multi-task, meet deadlines and ensure quality of work provided is of high standards.
  • Be actively involved in new projects as directed by the CEO, offer solutions to problems and deliver presentations in PowerPoint format.
  • Act as a focal point of contact within your team and with other departments across head office, including the handling of confidential/sensitive information.
  • Provide a high level of professional administrative support as well as manage and coordinate several company events, activities and off-sites that arise on an ongoing basis.
  • Be able to work in a professional and fast paced environment and set priorities.
  • Undertake other ad hoc projects as required.
  • Build a strong and professional working relationship with colleagues and external parties.
