Talent STEM is supporting a specialist manufacturing business with the recruitment of Plant Operators to join its growing operations team.
This is a hands-on, site-based role working within a regulated production environment where safety, quality and attention to detail are essential.
The position would suit someone with experience in chemical manufacturing, process operations, pharmaceutical production, materials handling, or another technical manufacturing environment.
The Role As Plant Operator, you will support day-to-day production activities on site, working as part of a small operations team to ensure materials are processed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
