Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead commercial strategy across business development, marketing, and client engagement
- Manage the development of new partnerships and expansion into relevant scientific sectors
- Represent the organisation externally at industry events and in written communications
- Work with technical and delivery teams to align messaging with scientific capabilities
- Contribute to board-level planning and provide commercial insight into business decisions
- Support and mentor a growing team in BD and marketing functions
Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in commercial roles within the research, science, or healthcare innovation space
- Capable of strategic thinking while also driving hands-on commercial activity
- Skilled at navigating complex client relationships and long sales cycles
- Strong understanding of how to translate scientific services into compelling client offerings
