Talent STEM are partnering with a well-established industrial organisation operating within the recycling and materials processing sector. The business is known for its strong focus on safety, operational performance and delivering reliable services across a range of heavy industry markets. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Production Operative to support site operations and material handling activities on a temporary to permanent basis. Applicants must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to be considered.
This is a hands-on role within a busy industrial environment, supporting a range of yard-based and processing activities. You will be working both indoors and outdoors, contributing to the safe and efficient movement and processing of materials on site. This position offers an initial temporary period with a clear pathway to a permanent role for the right individual. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to develop skills across different areas of the operation.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out general yard duties within a recycling and processing environment
- Support material handling, sorting and preparation activities
