Talent STEM is partnering with an established international manufacturing organisation to recruit a Group Compliance Manager.
This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to establish and lead a Group-wide corporate compliance framework across an international business operating in multiple jurisdictions.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, HR and Operations, ensuring robust governance, ethical business practices and effective compliance programmes are embedded throughout the organisation.

The Role
Key responsibilities will include
- Developing and implementing the Group's corporate compliance framework.
- Creating policies covering anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, export controls, competition law, anti-money laundering, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, and modern slavery.
- Developing compliance risk assessment methodologies and maintaining the Group compliance risk register.
- Leading third-party due diligence processes for suppliers, distributors, agents and commercial partners.
-Providing compliance guidance to Commercial and Procurement teams.
- Supporting supplier governance and third-party risk management activities.
- Assisting with whistleblowing investigations and wider compliance matters.
- Designing and delivering compliance training and awareness programmes.
- Monitoring compliance performance and preparing reports for senior leadership.
Developing the long-term roadmap for the continued growth of the compliance function.
About You
We're interested in professionals with experience in corporate compliance, governance, legal compliance, risk or internal audit gained within manufacturing, industrial or commercial organisations.
