The role
As a Formulation Chemist, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving chemical formulations to meet customer and business needs. You will play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing product performance, and ensuring solutions are both reliable and cost-effective.
Your focus will include:
- Designing, developing, and testing new chemical formulations
- Researching raw materials and monitoring industry trends
- Improving the performance and efficiency of existing products
- Conducting competitor product analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
- Coordinating with production, regulatory, and commercial teams to support smooth product launch
- Managing multiple projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and standards
What you bring
- Degree or higher in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (essential)
