The role
As a Formulation Chemist, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving chemical formulations to meet customer and business needs. You will play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing product performance, and ensuring solutions are both reliable and cost-effective.
Your focus will include:
– Designing, developing, and testing new chemical formulations
– Researching raw materials and monitoring industry trends
– Improving the performance and efficiency of existing products
– Conducting competitor product analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
– Coordinating with production, regulatory, and commercial teams to support smooth product launch
– Managing multiple projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and standards
What you bring
– Degree or higher in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (essential)
– Strong background in formulation (academic or industrial)
– Fresh graduates and experienced candidates will be considered
– Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
