Talent STEM are partnering with an established manufacturing organisation to recruit a Colour Matching Technician to join their technical team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business where you will play a key role in maintaining product quality through the assessment, matching and control of colour and appearance. Working closely with technical and production teams, you will assess product samples against approved standards, investigate colour variation and help ensure finished products meet the required specification. We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience of colour matching, colour assessment or appearance-based quality control within a manufacturing environment. Experience gained within paints, coatings, textiles, plastics, pigments, inks or other colour-controlled manufacturing environments would be highly advantageous.
