A fascinating specialist Higher Education provider in London needs a highly capable HR Partner to join them for a 6 month HR Partner role.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the leadership team and managers with change management
  • Supporting strategic projects and policy development
  • Creating, developing and delivering processes, initiatives and projects to achieve objectives
  • Supporting, coaching and giving advice to managers
  • Conducting investigations, grievance, disciplinary and complaints procedures
  • Partnering with departments to support their needs, address risks and enable their development
  • Facilitating the resolution of workplace concerns and conflict
  • Delivering the departmental strategy in line with the organisational mission and vision
  • Providing extra resource in the team
  • Supporting the other HRPs and HR Management team with day to day work as needed

Experience:

  • Higher Education experience
  • Employee relations experience supporting end to end
  • Experience advising on people management matters, conducting investigations, grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Business as usual support experience with the ability to run projects autonomously and also work collaboratively
