Are you a highly organised, detail-focused Business Assistant looking to build your career within a prestigious international organisation?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative European team supporting high-profile brand and events activities across the region.

Working within a global, matrix-structured business with an overseas headquarters, you'll play a key role in coordinating up to 30–40 major external events each year, alongside a variety of internal events.

This is a varied position where administration, event coordination and brand governance come together, offering excellent exposure to both marketing and business operations.

The Role

As Brand & Events Management Business Assistant, you will

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the European Brand and Events team.
  • Coordinate logistics and administration for up to 30–40 key events annually, as well as internal meetings and events.
  • Prepare and maintain event documentation, trackers, budgets and reports using Excel.
  • Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all event planning and administrative processes.
  • Support the marketing function by reviewing materials to ensure they comply with global brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with colleagues across Europe and the overseas headquarters within a matrixed international environment.
  • Assist with general team coordination and contribute to the smooth running of the department.

About You

We're looking for someone who is

  • An experienced Team Assistant, Business Assistant or Coordinator with excellent organisational skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident managing spreadsheets and reporting.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
  • Proactive, positive and engaging, with a genuine team-focused approach.
  • Interested in developing a career within brand management, marketing or events.
