This is a temp role until March 2025 with a possible extension. You need to be immediately available. This role would suit you if you are not immediately seeking a permanent role as it is possible it could become a long term temp role. Duties of the Personal Assistant role will include: Being first point of contact for the Deputy DirectorsManaging diaries and correspondenceDealing with external stakeholders and internal staff Perform secretariat duties efficiently for meetings involving setting up suitable dates, room bookings, drafting outline agenda, coordinating, and circulating papers,Some minute takingFollowing up actions and keeping updated action logs, as requiredBooking travel and accommodation well in advanceProvide day to day financial support and take the lead in raising purchase orders and processing invoicesProvide high quality, accurate and well-presented word processing of letters, minutes, papers and reports utilising Microsoft packagesUndertake relevant team support activitiesDevelop effective relationships and liaise with colleagues and external partners to ensure all aspects of work are dealt with in a consistent and appropriate wayHybrid working Skills and experience Previous PA experienceConfident booking travel and accommodationDiary management – complex using OutlookDBS will be requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive and someone who thrives within a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational skillsStrong attention to detailGood working knowledge of all Microsoft packages This is an excellent opportunity.
