Responsibilities

  • Apply Work Permits in Construction industry
  • Organise and file documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
  • Enter and update data to ensure current and reliable information management
  • Manage invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and related documents for efficient processing
  • Verify prices, availability, and delivery schedules with suppliers to support timely procurement
  • Place purchase orders following Manager’s instructions to meet company supply needs
  • Procure office, site, and company supplies to maintain operational readiness
  • Handle courier and postal tasks to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers and other parties via phone, email, or WhatsApp
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed to facilitate daily business activities
