About the Role
As a lifeguard at our vibrant Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic and safe experience. Your primary focus will be on guest safety, so a keen eye for detail is essential. You’ll not only monitor the pool but also engage with guests, providing them with exceptional customer service. In this dynamic position, you’ll have an opportunity to promote and organize exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories while prioritizing safety at every turn.
Typical working hours for this full-time role are 35 hours per week, spread over 5 days, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the pool area during busy periods to ensure safety.
- Engage with guests and provide top-notch customer service.
- Promote and organize fun poolside activities.
- Work both as part of a fantastic team and independently when needed.
Requirements
- Strong swimmer with a sharp attention to detail.
- A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential.
- At least 18 years old.
- Previous lifeguard experience is a plus.
