Salary: £27,500 basic plus uncapped commission (OTE £40,000). Company van included.

This role is part of a Commercial Vehicle Sales team focused on building relationships with local businesses and delivering tailored vehicle solutions from enquiry through to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses
  • Identifying and developing new commercial sales opportunities
  • Managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to vehicle delivery
  • Providing expert product knowledge and tailored vehicle solutions
  • Creating quotations and managing customer orders accurately
  • Working alongside the marketing team to promote stock across social media platforms
  • Updating vehicle stock across partner websites and internal systems
  • Negotiating and securing sales opportunities
  • Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the sales process
  • Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and internal databases

What you will bring / Qualifications:

  • Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
  • A proactive and motivated approach to sales and business development
  • Good IT skills across email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage workload effectively within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and customer service skills
  • Previous automotive sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential

  • Full UK driving licence essential
