Working pattern: Fully onsite, five days per week

The Role

As a Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will develop new business, manage key client relationships, and deliver high‑quality recruitment solutions across our specialist technology markets.

Responsibilities

  • Build new business through outbound activity, networking, and market research
  • Establish and nurture long‑term client relationships, understand hiring challenges and objectives, and negotiate commercial terms
  • Source and engage contract professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal systems
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to ensure strong role alignment
  • Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, providing a professional and transparent experience
  • Work toward individual and team revenue targets, maintain accurate records on the CRM system, and stay informed on industry trends within areas such as ERP, CRM, Data, or other specialist fields

Qualifications

  • At least one year of recruitment experience (preferred)
  • A track record of billing success and working to KPIs
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Resilient, motivated mindset suited to a fast‑moving environment
  • Interest in or exposure to technology recruitment is beneficial
