Role Overview
A grammar school in Worcester is seeking to appoint a Biology Teacher to join its Science department from September. Responsibilities
- Teach Biology across KS3, KS4, and KS5
- Deliver engaging and structured biology lessons
- Plan and supervise practical laboratory activities
- Prepare students for GCSE and A‑Level biology examinations
- Assess student work and provide detailed feedback
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Maintain safe laboratory procedures and environments
- Contribute to STEM enrichment and departmental development

Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching biology at secondary level
- Ability to teach KS3 and KS4 confidently
- Strong subject knowledge in biology
