About the Role: As an Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the charge in engaging individual supporters, nurturing relationships, and executing successful direct marketing campaigns. With a focus on Direct Debit recruitment and appeal campaigns, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of fundraising campaigns, collaborating with third-party agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Lead a dedicated team, offering mentorship and inspiring them to excel.
- Develop innovative approaches to donor engagement, ensuring our supporters remain at the heart of all we do.
- Oversee social media promotions and email campaigns, working alongside marketing experts.
- Track performance using data analysis, ensuring continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Individual Giving, Direct Marketing, or a similar fundraising role.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in working with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Passion for making a positive impact.
