Looking to speak with a highly organised and confident Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Board and Trustee\’s, If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we\’d love to hear from you. About you You\’ll need significant experience in a senior-level admin role-ideally supporting a CEO or senior exec-and be confident dealing with complex schedules, high-level meetings, and sensitive information. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with good judgement and a proactive, calm approach. Also looking for: Proven experience supporting governance functions like preparing board papers and taking minutes. First-class attention to detail and written skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office and tools like Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint. A professional, diplomatic communicator who builds strong relationships. Experience in a charity, healthcare or membership body (a bonus, not a must).What you\’ll be doing As Executive Assistant, you\’ll: Provide direct support to the CEO, President and President Elect-managing schedules, meetings and briefings. Organise and minute trustee and council meetings, elections and AGM which can be upto 6hours long. Act as a key liaison for trustees, committee members and stakeholders. Handle confidential communications and correspondence on behalf of leadership. Support internal projects, manage inboxes, and ensure deadlines are met. Help run our major events, including the annual scientific meeting and honorary lunches. Ensure everything is done with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.What\’s in it for you?
