Ready to help shape the future of education within charity? I am looking for a proactive and organised Education Coordinator to support my clients' growing learning programme and make a real difference.

What we're looking for:

  • You’ll have proven experience in programme coordination, ideally in education or learning and development.
  • Someone who’s highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - are a must, along with the ability to work well with a wide range of people.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support committees and education leads by organising meetings, preparing agendas and tracking actions.
  • Coordinate and deliver virtual education courses for different member groups.
  • Run awards, bursaries and fellowships including competitions for students and trainees.
  • Manage administration of CPD credits and snapshot audits.
  • Help adopt smarter digital tools to streamline admin processes.
  • Minute-taking.
  • Work closely with the Events and Communications teams to promote the education offering.
