Location: Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 4 days on site, 1 remote)

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

About: This business is an international leader in the aerospace, defence and energy markets, employing more than 9,000 people at over 40 manufacturing facilities and regional offices worldwide. This is not a purely support-focused role — you’ll play a key part in developing, integrating, and modernising a large-scale PeopleSoft HCM platform that underpins critical HR processes globally (including payroll, talent acquisition and benefits). You’ll join a small, highly technical international team, working across both BAU and project work, with a strong emphasis on integration development, system enhancement, and improving legacy architecture.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Developing and enhancing PeopleSoft HCM solutions across a global environment
  • Designing and building interfaces and integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems
  • Maintaining and improving a large number of existing integrations, including modernising legacy interfaces
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, including code-level fixes
  • Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Supporting ongoing initiatives to improve system performance, automation and user experience
  • Collaborating with HR, IT and global stakeholders on new features and enhancements
