Responsibilities of the role:

  • Maintain and support a complex HR technology environment, including a high volume of system integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform code fixes and ensure system reliability and data integrity.
  • Design, develop and implement PeopleSoft solutions, interfaces and integrations.
  • Support ongoing system improvements and optimisation initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions across global teams.
  • Provide support for IT service requests and contribute to project-based workstreams.

Skills required:

  • Strong experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft.
  • Proven technical expertise in: PeopleTools & PeopleCode, XML, SQL / PL-SQL, Integration Broker, SFTP & REST APIs, JavaScript, Application Designer & Application Engines.
  • Experience developing and maintaining system integrations and interfaces.
  • Good understanding of IT systems, architecture and lifecycle management.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
