Leading the maintenance team across the shift pattern to achieve desired uptime and quality requirements.
- Plan and schedule Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) works and drive the annual Planned Maintenance (PM) plan.
- Promote continuous improvement in overall plant operations by reducing downtime wherever possible.
- Train, advise and mentor maintenance team members as appropriate, where relevant training/standards in own performance have been achieved.
Relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Mechanical preferred.
Demonstrable leadership behaviours and qualities; Previous experience of maintenance of a wide range of machinery.
Ability to think critically, utilising data in complex decision-making scenarios.
