Working within a fast-paced and collaborative HR team, you will provide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, helping managers navigate complex cases while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ER professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing outcomes, and delivering a high-quality employee experience.

What you will be doing Manage a varied ER caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, redundancy and occupational health cases.

Provide practical and commercially focused advice to managers on employee relations matters.

Coach and support managers through ER processes and decision-making.

Review case documentation and assist with drafting correspondence and outcome letters.

Identify and escalate high-risk cases and emerging trends.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver an excellent employee experience.

What we are looking for At least 2 years' experience advising on complex employee relations matters.

Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.

Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A customer-focused approach with the ability to build credibility at all levels.

Ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
