An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Operator to join a leading aerospace manufacturing organisation based in Coventry. Working within a specialised carbon manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in the production of high-performance carbon brake discs used in demanding aerospace applications. This position offers a varied mix of hands-on manufacturing, process monitoring and equipment operation, supporting the production process from carbon fibre cloth preparation through to the final heat-treated carbon disc. You will gain exposure to multiple stages of the manufacturing cycle, working with advanced production equipment and high-temperature furnace systems. Joining an established and supportive team, you will receive full training across a range of production activities, developing a broad understanding of the manufacturing process.
