Process Engineer Crewkerne 07:30-16:00 Permanent Up to £50,000 + 12.5% bonus totalling maximum package of up to £56,000 + fantastic company benefits Are you a skilled Process Engineer within a manufacturing environment? Be a part of this expansive site as it implements future technology within valve products in both new creation and improvements on original technology across large international customers. As a Process Engineer at its HVSE hub, you will drive proper process engineering best practice and enforce lean-manufacturing process and safety standards, while improving manufacturing flow and keeping ongoing quality standards. Responsibility will be yours for project improvement and keeping lean standards for site production. Manage and contribute to New Product Introduction and localisation projects, ensuring smooth transitions from design to production. Maintain compliance with EHS and ISO standards, supporting audits and promoting strong 5S and change management practices.
