Shifts: 4 on 4 off pattern, 2 Days and 2 Nights

Salary: £54,000 + Overtime + Healthcare Programs, Discounts, Pension and other Company Benefits

About Us

This role is to be based at one of the UK\’s most well-known and iconic food production facilities. We are looking for Mechanical Maintenance Engineers or Technicians to support primarily with Planned Maintenance but also including some Reactive Maintenance responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a team of highly skilled engineers utilising state-of-the-art machinery and join a business that is well known for it\’s career progress and technical development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fixing rollers, small gearboxes, and small motors
  • General Mechanical work with the opportunity to upskill other areas of engineering
  • Planning maintenance work for the weekend shifts on Monday and Tuesday
  • Supporting with machinery breakdowns as needed

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience within Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance and will ideally have worked in the food production industry. xiskglj

Key Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong Mechanical or Electrical skills
  • Experience in food production is ideal but not essential
  • Hands-on experience with NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Elecrtrical engineering
  • Experience in a planned and reactive maintenance
