Job Description Junior Property Lawyer Birmingham - Hybrid We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Junior Property Lawyer (Newly Qualified Solicitor to 1 year PQE) to join our in-house legal team.
Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel, you will support the management of a diverse property portfolio spanning retail, investment and development.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad in-house experience across a wide range of commercial property matters, including portfolio management, landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions, disposals and development projects.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, licences and related property documentation.
Advising on retail leases for well-known restaurant brands.
Assisting with acquisitions, disposals and property investment transactions.
Supporting development projects, including option agreements, easements, wayleaves and solar leases.
Undertaking property due diligence and managing post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications and SDLT filings.
Liaising with external advisers and supporting legal risk management across the portfolio.
Newly Qualified Solicitor or up to 1 year PQE.
Experience or a strong interest in commercial property law.
