Responsibilities of the role:
- Undertake repair and overhaul across the complete product range.
- Carry out appropriate repair schemes and test schemes in accordance with the procedures and documentation.
- Operate equipment/machinery required to carry out repair and overhaul activities, and clean machinery used and perform basic maintenance.
- Inspect products in accordance with component maintenance manuals provide detailed inspection/strip reports and spares requirement sheets.
- Oversee work that has been carried out by other technicians.
- Sign off the appropriate documentation for the work carried out.
Skills required:
- Welding experience
- Experience with highly pressurised systems is ideal
- Experience with measuring equipment (Vernier, Micrometer, Go/No GO, Shadow graph, CMM, etc.)
- Able to read and interpret drawings
