About the Role
- We are looking for a capable and driven HSE Manager to take the lead at a high-performing manufacturing site with a reputation for excellence in both food safety and workplace health.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dust exposure risks, respiratory safety, and allergen control
- Understanding of food production environments, machinery safety, and hygiene compliance
- Experienced in managing and preparing for audits (internal, regulatory, and customer)
- Good understanding of Food Safety/Level 2 food Safety
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Able to operate in a site with frequent change and high expectations
