The Role

What you'll be doing
- You'll be responsible for ensuring aerospace components meet strict quality and engineering standards before release.
- Carry out final / end-of-line inspection of aerospace components and assemblies.
- Inspect precision parts such as heat exchangers and air/oil coolers.
- Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Use inspection equipment including micrometers, plug gauges, height gauges, and verniers.
- Record inspection results and manage data using SAP.
- Identify and raise non-conformance issues (NCRs).
- Support product release and quality assurance processes.
- Progress into DQR customer sign-off responsibilities (approx. 6 months training period).
What we're looking for
- Aerospace manufacturing or inspection experience.
- Experience in final inspection / end-of-line quality inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Competent with basic measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Strong understanding of quality processes and documentation.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
