As a CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in producing precision components by operating a variety of CNC and manual machines. Your expertise will ensure parts are manufactured to exact specifications, supporting both internal assembly teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC milling machines and manual mills with proficiency and attention to detail.

  • Proven experience in CNC milling or related machining disciplines, supported by relevant engineering qualifications or ideally a level 3 apprenticeship.
  • Familiarity with CNC lathe programming and operation, ideally with Haas or Heidenhain control systems, or equivalent.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Meticulous attention to quality and detail, with a methodical approach to work.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology is advantageous but not essential.
