Hours: 12-hour days, 3 on / 3 off | 7:00am - 7:00pm About You You're a technically capable leader who thrives on both machinery and people management.

You take pride in keeping production lines running efficiently, developing high-performing teams, and embedding best practices across shifts.
What we are looking for: Experienced in food or FMCG manufacturing , ideally within bakery, biscuits, or similar environments.
A confident, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Strong commitment to food safety and quality , ideally with HACCP Level 3, Food Safety Level 3, and IOSH qualifications (or willing to train).
Organized, proactive, and approachable, with great communication skills.
About the Role As Day Area Manager, you'll lead critical production lines, ensuring machinery reliability while developing and supporting a team of 25+.
You'll coordinate across departments and manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading daily operations on creams and bakery production lines Managing machinery breakdowns and repairs (creamers, ZDIs, etc.) Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 25+ colleagues Engaging with Hygiene, NPD, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Driving continuous improvement and embedding operational best practices Ensuring compliance with HACCP, IOSH, and food safety standards Managing contractors and supporting operational audits Why Join Us?
