Elkes is seeking a Bakery Training Lead to own training and development across the Uttoxeter site.
This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering our learning strategy, ensuring teams have the skills and capability to perform at their best.
You will report to the HR Manager and Factory Manager, working with operational leaders to build capability and develop future talent across a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
This site-based role offers 5 days per week.
