Product Owner, Agile, Hybrid working

Position: Product Owner Location: Near Birmingham (2 days per week in the office) We\’re seeking a Product Owner to help build and launch an innovative new solution for the logistics and transport industry. An independently owned software company developing solutions for customers within the transport and logistics sectors. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features. Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming in an Agile environment. Define and track key performance metrics to measure success. 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role. ~ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). ~ Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to inform decisions. Bonus Skills Experience in logistics, distribution, or trucking industries.
