PR Manager

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000Location: Loughborough (4 days a week in the office)

As the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager, you will need to have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and lead the digital and web strategy.
• Oversee website merchandising to ensure product data, visuals, and descriptions are accurate and consistent.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage stock information, product updates, and technical details.
• Manage and refine product pages on a Shopify-based platform.
• Regularly review and enhance site content, including FAQs, careers, and operational information.
• Partner with marketing to align campaigns with online strategies.
• Track performance metrics like traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour, providing actionable insights.
• Create and implement engaging, SEO-friendly website content, including blogs.
• Analyse competitor sites and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and design.
• Support traffic-driving initiatives such as paid digital advertising.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective digital marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years experience in ecommerce or similar digital roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with Shopify is a plus.
