Hourly Rate: £19.04 p/h
Contract type: Permanent, Part Time
Working hours: Saturday - Sunday 7:00 - 17:00 (15:30-17:00 on call), 20 hours per week. Overtime options in summer.
About the role
We currently require a Handyman to help out at the weekends at Bushy Park. On a normal day, you could be erecting fences, sweeping, bin cleansing, litter picking or gritting/filling gritters. You will be working with a supervisor to tend to whatever the park needs, while maintaining idverde's high standard of work to keep the area clean, presentable and safe for the public. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.
Requirements
- Experience as a scavenger/handyman essential.
- A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential.
- PA1 and PA6 licenses are preferred.
- Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Friendly, outgoing manner to engage with general public.
