About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a growing Facilities Management business based in West Malling. Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you'll play a key role in coordinating maintenance requests, supporting engineers, and ensuring clients receive an outstanding level of service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Log and manage reactive maintenance requests through the CAFM system
  • Allocate jobs to engineers and subcontractors
  • Monitor work orders to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to provide updates on outstanding works
  • Raise purchase orders and process relevant documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Support the wider operations team with administrative duties
  • Produce reports and assist with general office administration

About You

  • Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Facilities, Customer Service, or Administration role
  • Experience within the Facilities Management industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail
