We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join the engineering team at a large static site in West London. You will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of air conditioning and mechanical building systems, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on air conditioning systems
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests and fault finding tasks
  • Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs across HVAC equipment
  • Complete engineer reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
  • Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and on-site teams
  • Assist with sourcing parts and coordinating required works

About You

  • City & Guilds qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
  • Strong background in maintenance of mechanical and HVAC building systems
  • Good understanding of health & safety and risk assessment procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
