We are looking for a skilled Walking Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) to support a portfolio of commercial offices and buildings within Zones 1-2, Central London. You'll focus on maintaining and repairing electrical building services while also handling general mechanical and fabric tasks as needed. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple sites and taking ownership of critical building systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance with a focus on electrical systems.
- Service and maintain HVAC systems, pumps, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and plumbing infrastructure.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime.
- Carry out basic mechanical and fabric maintenance when required.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and best practice.
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
