Salary: £50,000 + Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the engineering team on a high-profile commercial contract in West Hampstead. This is a Monday-to-Friday position suited to an electrically biased engineer with strong all-round building services knowledge. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and ensuring critical plant and equipment remain safe, reliable and operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs
  • Maintain electrical and mechanical building services across the site
  • Fault-find on electrical systems, HVAC equipment and associated plant
  • Work with systems including UPS, generators and LV distribution
  • Respond to reactive issues and ensure jobs are completed within agreed timescales
  • Monitor plant and identify potential faults before they result in disruption
  • Keep CAFM systems, maintenance records and job sheets accurately updated
  • Maintain plant rooms to a high standard
  • Complete risk assessments and method statements where required
  • Work closely with the client
