Our client is looking for an accomplished Mechanical Supervisor to lead high-quality installations across an impressive portfolio of commercial properties in London. Youll take projects from first fix through to commissioning and handoverdriving standards, coordinating teams and ensuring every job is delivered safely, smoothly and on programme. This is a hands-on opportunity for a technically strong supervisor who knows how to lead from the front and takes genuine pride in an exceptional finish. What Youll Be Doing Leading mechanical installation and small-works projects across live commercial environments Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades Overseeing HVAC, LTHW and CHW systems, pipework, pumps, valves and associated plant Keeping projects on programme, to specification and within strict safety standards Reviewing drawings, resolving technical issues and maintaining quality throughout Supporting pressure testing, flushing, commissioning and final handover
