The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a professional on-site engineering team at a prestigious commercial property in West London. This is a static-site position offering excellent stability, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to work within a modern, high-profile building. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all mechanical building services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Maintain and fault-find on mechanical plant and equipment including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, and associated HVAC systems
  • Conduct plant room inspections and ensure all equipment is operating efficiently
  • Respond to breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner
  • Support compliance activities and ensure all maintenance records are accurately completed
  • Liaise with subcontractors and specialist service providers when required
  • Work closely with the wider engineering team to deliver a first-class maintenance service

About You

  • Qualified in a mechanical discipline (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent)
  • Experience working within commercial building maintenance environments
