A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Engineer to take full responsibility for a single-man commercial site in London Bridge. You will be the primary onsite engineer, ensuring the building’s electrical and general maintenance needs are met to the highest standard. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-sufficient engineer who enjoys autonomy and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
  • Maintain lighting, power, distribution boards, emergency lighting, and general electrical services
  • Complete small repairs and minor installation works
  • Support basic mechanical and fabric tasks when required
  • Ensure compliance with all site health & safety and statutory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, logbooks, and compliance documentation
  • Work closely with the client to provide exceptional service and clear communication
  • Take ownership of the site’s day-to-day technical operations

Skills & Experience Required

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Proven commercial building maintenance experience
  • Confident working independently as the sole onsite engineer
