An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to join a well-established facilities management provider. This role offers a mix of project delivery, client liaison, and technical oversight across HVAC projects within commercial environments.

The Role

  • Manage HVAC projects from survey through to completion.
  • Oversee installation, refurbishment, and upgrade works across commercial sites.
  • Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all works comply with health & safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support cost control, reporting, and handover documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering HVAC projects within a facilities management or building services environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant HVAC or Building Services qualification (preferred).
