The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for either an electrically or mechanically qualified engineer looking for a varied role across multiple sites. You will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance while providing a high level of service to clients and building occupiers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites
- Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical building services equipment
- Maintain plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, power, and associated systems
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure plant is operating efficiently
- Complete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems accurately
- Liaise with site contacts, tenants, and contractors professionally
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health & safety procedures
- Support minor installation and remedial works where required
About You
- Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or equivalent)
- Experience working within commercial building maintenance environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of building services systems and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage your own workload across multiple sites
