The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our growing team in West Malling. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced business operating within the Facilities Management sector. As we continue to expand, we're looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of their work, and is keen to develop their career. Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements
- Support month-end processes and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
- Assist with payroll administration where required
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve finance queries
- Produce reports and provide general administrative support to the finance team
About You
- Previous experience as a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant, or similar finance role
