Electrical Engineer

GBP45,000 + Pension + Plenty of Overtime + Excellent training

A leading FM Organisation is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a strong team for a prestigious commercial site in the Cannon Street area. This comes with plenty of progression and training opportunities where you’ll be supported by a strong team around you. You’ll be part of the day team and will be responsible for PPMs and reactive maintenance, with the hours being 8am-5pm.

The equipment you’ll be working on will be as follows:

  1. Electrical: Install, troubleshoot, and repair lighting, ballasts, control panels, and power distribution.
  2. Pumps & Motors: Service and repair pumps, motors, seals, and bearings.
  3. Emergency Lighting: Inspect, test, and maintain systems.
  4. HVAC: Clean and replace filters in AHUs and FCUs.
  5. BMS: Monitor and regularly check.
  6. UPS Systems: Monitor and log readings.
