An established facilities management contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of contracts across the London area. This is a key client-facing role, responsible for ensuring service excellence, commercial performance, and strong long-term client relationships.
The Role
- Manage and oversee multiple FM contracts across London.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements are consistently met.
- Oversee operational delivery, including engineers, subcontractors, and service partners.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and commercial performance across the portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and contract growth.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld across all sites.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager within facilities management.
- Strong understanding of hard FM services (M&E, building services).
- Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially astute with strong organisational abilities.
