Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer
Salary: £48,000 + Door-to-Door Travel

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer to join a growing building services team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites.
This is a mobile position offering a £48,000 basic salary plus door-to-door travel, providing excellent overall earning potential.
You’ll be provided with a company van and fuel card and will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of air conditioning and chiller systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Service and maintain commercial air conditioning systems
- Carry out maintenance and fault finding on chillers and associated plant
- Work on splits, multi-splits and VRV/VRF systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults within HVAC equipment
- Attend breakdowns and carry out repairsComplete refrigerant checks and associated F-Gas documentation
- Carry out routine inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur
- Complete engineer reports and update maintenance systems accurately
- Liaise directly with clients and provide updates on works
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations
- Manage your own workload and daily schedule effectively
About You
- F-Gas Category 1
- Relevant City & Guilds / NVQ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration qualifications
- Strong experience servicing and maintaining commercial AC systems
- Chiller maintenance and fault-finding experience
- Experience with VRV/VRF, splits and multi-splits
