A leading facilities management provider is seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join their commercial maintenance team, covering client sites across the Yorkshire area. This role will involve both planned and reactive maintenance as well as testing and inspection duties. This is a great opportunity for a qualified and customer-focused engineer who enjoys a mobile role and exposure to a variety of commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
- Conduct fault-finding, repairs, and minor installations
- Perform electrical testing & inspection in line with regulations
- Work on lighting, power, distribution boards, emergency systems and general electrical services
- Ensure all compliance documentation and reports are completed accurately
- Liaise professionally with clients, delivering exceptional service
- Travel to various commercial sites across Yorkshire
Skills & Experience Required
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 2391 (or 2394/2395) Testing & Inspection qualification essential
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Commercial electrical maintenance experience required
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence
